With over 15 years of experience in construction and development management, Benjamin Fenney brings a hands-on, high-touch approach to delivering complex projects with precision and professionalism. As the founder and principal of BENTF Consulting LLC, Ben partners with developers, property owners, and project stakeholders to navigate every phase of the development and construction lifecycle — from early feasibility studies to final project turnover.

His career spans a diverse portfolio of high-end retail, residential, institutional, and ground-up developments across the U.S. and international markets. Known for his ability to align strategic vision with execution on the ground, Ben provides tailored solutions in planning, project management, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and owner representation.

Prior to launching BENTF Consulting LLC, Ben held leadership roles at prominent firms including Mace North America, Shawmut Design & Construction, and Dimension One, where he managed multimillion-dollar projects for brands such as Tiffany & Co., Cartier, Louis Vuitton, and Tishman Speyer. His background blends corporate-scale expertise with entrepreneurial agility, making him uniquely equipped to guide a wide range of client and project types through successful project delivery.

Operating between New York City and San José, Costa Rica, Ben continues to support clients across sectors with clarity, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.
